How custom production works

Send us a photo, sketch or drawing of the part. We will prepare a free quotation and a sample so you can check the size before production starts.

What can be customised

We can adapt the cap’s length, colour, finish and shape, including special forms such as a Top Tap Cap or Side Tap Cap.

Why dip moulding suits small batches

Dip moulding in plastisol produces little waste and costs less than injection moulding because it does not need an expensive mould. It suits prototypes and small batches.
