VINYL-FLEX, s.r.o. is the first Czech manufacturer of VINYL-FLEX® protective plastic caps, based in Ústí nad Labem. Since 1999, we have become a reliable partner for industrial companies, manufacturers and distributors.
Our offer goes beyond ready-made caps. We specialise in complete plastic coating solutions, from prototypes to custom serial production. Some customers have worked with us for 25 years.

All development and production take place at our plant in Ústí nad Labem. No reselling and no compromises: proven Czech craftsmanship since 1999.
We manufacture caps, plastic coatings and tools ourselves. This gives us full control over quality, lead times and custom modifications for every order.
We design caps or plastic coatings to your exact technical requirements, including shape, size, material and printing, from prototype to serial production.
We dispatch standard caps from stock promptly. For custom production, we propose realistic deadlines and keep to them.

We began manufacturing protective plastic caps and established our production standards.
We purchased new automated lines and built our own technical facilities
for mould development.
With the opening of a new facility, we began to specialise in coating
metal parts with plastic. We became a leading supplier in this field.
We obtained an internationally recognised certificate confirming the high quality of our internal processes.
We expanded sales to neighbouring European countries and established a stable export
supply chain. This milestone tested our capacity and launched
a strict component quality-control process.
We passed a major milestone in the number of active business customers across
European industry.
