Round caps for cables and wires protect open ends of cables, wires and hoses against moisture, dust and mechanical damage. They are easy to fit and remove without tools.

Applications

These caps protect cable reels and bundles in storage, finished products in transit and wire ends before final assembly or connection.

Secondary finishing option — punching

We can punch a round hole in the cap so a cable or wire passes through while the rest of the end remains protected. This is especially useful for cable glands and feed-throughs.

Material properties — sealing performance

Flexible PVC has excellent sealing properties, tested even with pressurised helium. It reliably prevents moisture and dirt from entering the protected cable end.

Colours for cable-bundle identification

Eight colours are available to distinguish cable bundles or wire types by function or voltage.

Custom manufacturing for specific cable sizes

For non-standard cable or hose diameters, or a special hole position, we can make a solution from your sample or drawing.
