Special VINYL-FLEX® caps are designed for these cases. We make flexible PVC protective parts for your component, from the first prototype to serial delivery. Samples and technical advice are free.

What are VINYL-FLEX® special caps?

Special caps VINYL-FLEX® are flexible PVC (plastisol) protective parts whose shapes go beyond standard round, flat or square catalogue caps. Examples include a Top Tap Cap with a neck for easy removal and a Side Tap Cap for parts with a side outlet or valve. Dip moulding can create undercuts, asymmetric profiles and combined ends that would be difficult or uneconomical with conventional injection moulding.

From design to serial production

We begin with free technical advice. Send a photo, sketch or drawing of the part to protect. We assess feasibility, design the dip tool and specify wall thickness, hardness and colour. Prototypes are made for real-world testing before the production batch starts with your approval.
