A finished industrial part often needs several operations: cutting to exact length, a functional cable opening and permanent surface identification. VINYL-FLEX® provides these modifications as one custom service, from technical advice and reference samples through approval to serial delivery of the finished part. Combining several modifications in one order

The main benefit of the custom service at VINYL-FLEX® is the ability to combine several production steps into one process. You need not coordinate several suppliers or move parts between plants. A typical order might involve dip moulding a special cap → cutting it to length → punching a cable hole → pad printing a safety warning or company logo. The finished part is ready to fit.

Combining operations can also save money. Machines and fixtures are set up once for the order. Production in one plant also reduces transport and overall lead time.

How to enquire and place a custom order

Start by sending your requirements: a drawing, technical specification, physical sample or even a sketch. The VINYL-FLEX® team assesses the sequence of modifications for flexible PVC and recommends a suitable process. We then make physical samples so you can check cut accuracy, hole position and diameter, and print quality. Serial production begins after you approve a reference sample.

We provide communication and technical support throughout. If a sample needs a different hole diameter or print position, our in-house tooling and finishing teams can adjust it quickly.
