We coat parts whose shape, size or technical requirements fall outside our standard range. We begin with a free technical consultation based on your documentation; a photo or sketch is enough. Before serial production, we make a prototype to check the coating’s function and appearance. Maximum part size: 600 × 500 × 200 mm. Technical advice and samples are free.

How custom plastic coating works

We adapt surface finishing to your products and follow a clear process to achieve the required result:

Our production technology VINYL-FLEX® has capacity limits: the largest part we can coat measures 600 × 500 × 200 mm.
