How to request a custom VINYL-FLEX® cap

You do not need complex documentation to start. A part photo with approximate dimensions, a dimensioned sketch or a technical drawing is enough. Tell us whether the cap is for permanent protection, temporary masking during painting, dust sealing or transport. We will assess whether dip moulding suits the shape and recommend a solution.

Free technical advice and preliminary quotation

We discuss wall thickness, finish (smooth or textured), colour and fit. Then we prepare a preliminary quotation covering tool preparation and unit price. Advice at this stage is free; you pay only for approved production.

From design to finished VINYL-FLEX® cap

After design and price approval, we make a dip mould and first samples for you to test on the actual part. Check the grip, dimensions and function. If needed, we can adjust the mould quickly at modest cost. Serial production starts after final approval in the quantity and colour required.

A dimensioned technical drawing is ideal, but a photo with approximate measurements, a sketch or a physical part sample is enough.
The cost depends on the shape. A dip mould costs substantially less than an injection mould. We will provide a precise calculation in a free preliminary quotation.
Yes. A dip mould can be adjusted quickly, so we can refine the shape after prototype testing without major extra cost.
Dip moulding is economical even for smaller batches. The minimum quantity depends on the shape and will be stated in the quotation.
Yes. Alongside eight standard colours (black, white, yellow, blue, green, red, grey and orange), we can agree a custom shade.
