What are plastic tubes used for?

Transparent VINYL-FLEX® plastic tubes are made from clear, mechanically durable plastic without plasticisers. They package products with sharp points or blades that could damage ordinary packaging or injure handlers.

Transparency lets customers and warehouse staff see the contents instantly. This speeds handling, reduces mix-ups and improves product display.

Tubes are normally supplied in 90 cm lengths (tolerance ±1.60 mm).

Combine the tubes with VINYL-FLEX® round or flat caps to close both ends and create a complete packaging system from one supplier.

Custom cutting and length adjustment

The standard 90 cm length (tolerance ±1.60 mm) is ready for direct use or cutting by the customer. We also cut tubes to the length you specify; just provide the length and quantity.

Precise cutting reduces waste, simplifies packing and gives each product a package that fits. It saves material and presents the product professionally.
