Custom toolmaking step by step

A custom tool project begins with a free consultation. Describe what you need, ideally with a drawing, sketch or physical sample. The VINYL-FLEX® team checks feasibility and recommends the best solution.

Next comes in-house tool or prototype production using turning and metalworking. Once complete, we send free samples for you to inspect. Serial production starts only after you approve the result.
