What square and rectangular caps do

VINYL-FLEX® caps fit inside hollow square or rectangular profiles. Unlike flat caps fitted over solid profile ends, these grip inside the hollow section through precise dimensions and material flexibility.

They serve furniture, engineering, construction, fencing, railings and industrial logistics. Closing the hollow section also reduces moisture build-up and corrosion, extending the structure’s life.

Material and durability

The caps use flexible VINYL-FLEX® PVC proven in industrial and consumer products. It resists UV, frost, moisture and common industrial chemicals. Flexibility accommodates small profile tolerances and provides a secure fit without glue.

Frost resistance matters for pergolas, fences, garden furniture and façades. The caps retain their function in temperatures below freezing.

How to choose the right square or rectangular cap

Measure the outside width and height of the hollow profile. These correspond to the cap size. For 40×20 mm there are two insertion depths (40×20-20-55 and 40×20-20-60); choose by profile wall thickness.

For square profiles — 20×20 and 30×30 mm: structures, shelves and furniture
For rectangular profiles — 30×50 to 56×90 mm: load-bearing frames and industry
