Flexible VINYL-FLEX® round protective caps serve engineering, construction and surface treatment. Diameters from 2 to 110 mm are stocked; custom sizes can be made within a week. We supply anything from one piece to large-volume orders.

Round caps slip onto a part to help protect it during production, storage and transport.
VINYL-FLEX® round caps protect tubes, rods, pins, threads, shafts and cable ends. We stock diameters from 2 to 110 mm and can make unusual sizes from a drawing or sample. The caps fit without glue or screws and protect parts during production, storage, transport and use.

Material and finish
We make round caps from Shore A 65 PVC that resists UV, acids, bases and salts and lasts through repeated use. It contains no silicone. Standard colours are black RAL 9017, red RAL 3020, yellow RAL 1023, grey RAL 7042, blue RAL 5017, white RAL 9016 and green RAL 6024. The coarse rubber-like finish is available only in black RAL 7016.

Additional cap finishing
